During your first visit at Capitol Metro Physical Therapy, your physical therapist will perform an initial evaluation which will include several tests and measures. Based on this evaluation, your therapist will design a treatment plan specific to your needs. Our physical therapists are skilled in providing manual “hands on” physical therapy care which might include soft tissue and/or joint mobilization. When manual therapy is indicated, studies have shown favorable outcomes in individuals receiving manual therapy and exercises versus just exercise alone.
